Indulge in Foie Gras
We stock both frozen uncooked foie gras lobes (in Grade A and Grade B) as well as fully cooked foie gras torchon. Add something special to your weekend dinner.
It can seem like an intimidating ingredient, but foie gras is easier to cook than you might think. Read this helpful Serious Eats post on foie gras basics and how to masterfully cook it at home.

Pro Tip: Use a heated knife (run it under hot water to warm the blade) for smooth, clean cuts.
Foie Gras (Flash-Frozen)
Grade A – Smooth in texture, firm, rich in flavor with a slightly nutty finish.
