Indulge in Foie Gras

We stock both frozen uncooked foie gras lobes (in Grade A and Grade B) as well as fully cooked foie gras torchon. Add something special to your weekend dinner.

It can seem like an intimidating ingredient, but foie gras is easier to cook than you might think. Read this helpful Serious East post on foie gras basics and how to masterfully cook it at home.

If it still seems like too much to handle, you can still enjoy this decadent delight by ordering a foie gras torchon, fully cooked and ready to serve. Learn more about torchons from our vendor Hudson Valley Foie Gras.

Pro Tip: Use a heated knife (run it under hot water to warm the blade) for smooth, clean cuts.

Foie Gras (Flash-Frozen)
