Great to see many of you at the Hawaii Lodging, Hospitality and Food Service Expo this month.  In a small space we showcased as much as we could.  We  introduced our new line of  All Natural Sauce Concentrates and Glaces, Russell whipped up some fun drinks using Ravifruit Puree, and of course we served up some samples of  Serrano Ham, Roasted Tomatoes and Olives.














Spring News

We spent a busy winter and spring at trade shows and meetings with our manufacturers in search of new products.

ravifruit logo          Introducing Ravifruit  Fruit Puree and Specialties.  Ravifruit Puree is all natural 90% fruit 10% sugar.  We have a range of flavors in stock as well as some labor savors like Lemon and Orange Zest and fun things like IQF Rhubarb.


We love this importer of all things Spanish and have stocked up on Spanish Olive Oils, Sherry Vinegar,  Marcona Almonds and even a Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Exceed your special guest requests with our new Gluten Free Ravioli.  Choose from 3 types: Kale and Mozzarella, Grilled Vegetable, and Five Cheese.  Made with our special Gluten free Three Four Blend, these ravioli have an excellent al dente texture.







Hawaii Chocolate Festival 2014

Gourmet Foods Hawaii is proud to carry Kokoleka Hawaiian Milk Chocolate , a creamy smooth Hawaiian Milk Chocolate 38% cacao with rich cocoa fragrances, and caramel notes. Couverture Chocolate for confection and pastry. Each 500 gram bar is divided into 20 x 25 gram squares for easy measuring for recipes.

Kokoleka was one of a growing number of chocolate growers and confectioners rising out of Hawaii’s soil to create a new and exciting farming and food industry in Hawaii.

They were all together on February 22, 2014 at the Dole Cannery for the Hawaii Chocolate Festival.  Hope you made it!
